Trial terms

These terms apply to registration for a Smart Kare Solutions website trial. Separate service terms may apply to use of the hospital management application.

Your free trial

The trial lasts seven consecutive days from the time you select “Start 7 days free trial.” No card or payment details are collected. The trial does not automatically renew or convert to a paid subscription. Hospital application access requires workspace activation.

Plans and pricing

The selected plan, team size, and billing period are saved with your registration. Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Subscription charges and one-time enrollment fees apply only if you separately agree to a paid upgrade. No amount is payable through this trial registration flow.

Account responsibilities

You must be authorized to register your organization, provide accurate details, and keep your login credentials private. The administrator is responsible for reviewing any required organization approvals before using the software with real data.

Trial expiration

After seven days, your trial status becomes expired. You may still access the website account area to review your registration. Continued hospital software access is subject to workspace activation and a separately agreed subscription.
